morning, when california senator dianne feinstein introduced a new gun legislation. that would outlaw 158 assault weapons and limit clips to 10 bullets. it is similar to the original assault weapon ban, but it does not have a sunset clause, as our original law did. this expired in 2004. >> in san mateo tomorrow local authorities are holding an anonymous gun buyback the bed. anyone can give up their weapons, no questions asked, and receive up to $100 in cash for a handgun, shotgun or rifles can be awarded a $200. it will happen tomorrow at the san mateo county dissenter from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.. >> san jose police are investigating his third homicide of the year. or around 830 last night a man was reportedly stabbed several times near south side drive and hope street. the man was later pronounced dead at the hospital. police believe he was attacked by several suspects, but the motive was unclear at this time. the victim's identity is being withheld until his family is notified. >> san jose police might have a break from and eye witness who saw the attempted kidnapping of a 13 year-o
